NEW OCI for name change ?

Respected Sir,

My 3yr old daughter is a british citizen (she was born in UK and she currently has a british passport and OCI) and i wish to change her name .After we get a new british passport (reflecting the new name) should we send the new passport to the HCI office for the new OCI ,or can we just keep the old passport + HCI and the new passport ??
Or if we have to apply for new OCI on the new passport what documents should we send across ? do you have a section in the website which gives these details(cost and documents needed) and what is the duration for this process ??
