Referee signature and date

Hi , I have got the signature from the referee for my AN1 application, unfortunately he has entered the date in the format of DD/MM/YY but as per the guidance it should be DD/MM/YYYY.

Will it be an issue?

Kindly advice.......

No (also see here). If HO has any questions, they will just contact the reference to confirm the date, but even that is highly unlikely.
