Licence not received -- Visa expires next week! Help :(

Hello,

We had applied for a sponsor licence 3 months ago and are yet to receive it. My visa expires next week, we have requested an urgent treatment of the licence but are yet to hear anything back from them. I'm transferring from PSW Tier 1 to Tier 2 General. Any idea what I can do? I've read on various other boards that I can still apply without the CoS and send the documentation in once I get it. Please help!

When did you apply ? (Exact date )?

I'm not entirely sure but it was definitely mid-September! We have only asked for one unrestricted certificate.

Well I think they are still processing application of Month (July(Mid or End)).

If you have put an urgent request then you should get it.

Otherwise apply T2 without COS but add covering letter.
