ILR eligibility

Dear Expert,

>> My First Entry clearance is valid from 4th Jan 2011

>> Entered UK on 9th April 2011 (First entry to the country - 95 Days late)

>> Current VISA expiry date 04 Jan 2016


Am I eligible for ILR by 04Jan2016 (Provided I don't have any 90 days out of country gaps from today until 4th Jan 2016) ?
