Hi Guys,

Need some advice from folks who have been through this before or know more than what i do. I applied on 22 August and Received the Acknowledgement on 3rd September and after a long anxious wait received my biometric enrollment letter on 24th September and i gave my details the same day.

My case is a bit complicated i spent 7 Years as Student and 2 Years in Fresh talent Scheme and the last year i applied for student visa and it was refused and i appealed and after going all the way to the tribunal lost my appeal in the upper tribunal. Then during the process my 10 years were completed and after receiving the tribunal decision saying my appeal was refused i applied for ILR.

Now am getting married in march and planning of waiting till 12th february and if i dont hear anything back from home office and plan to withdraw my application and request my passport back as i wont want UKBA dictating my life anymore. So not sure after reading the sad news above of the friend regarding his brothers sad loss and getting his documents back. Should i wait till february and will i get the documents back in 2 weeks . Please advice much appreciated in advance
