Tier 2 to Tier 4

Hi, I am on Tier 2 visa, i want to change it to Tier 4 (Student visa) because of my employer lost his sponsor licence. Can I do it. please let me know.

It is permitted for Tier 2 migrants to switch into Tier 4.

Thank you very much for your reply. I came to London in 2003 as a student then I changed to PSW in 2008. In 2010, I got my tier 2. now i want to change it to Tier 4. is new rules can applicable.

At what level did you study from 2003-2008, and for how long? What do you intend on studying now? What do you mean by 'is new rules can applicable?'

Period of 2003 to 2008, i did complete my dipoma, pgdbm and mba. after that i was psw then I got my Tier 2.

if i want to change it to tier 4, can i do it ?

please let me know

Diploma - 12 months
PGDBM - 15 months
MBA - 2 years

2 year MBA even after PGD? Did you fail/resit some modules?

Usually MBA is a one-year course and after PGD you only need to spend 3-6 months just to write dissertation. Anyhow thats mean you spend 3 years on Level 7.
