Overstayed by a year and a half

Post by pompeygirl » Wed Nov 28, 2012 12:21 pm

I am a single mum with 3 kids all born here in the UK I am married to someone settled here in the UK, but we have seperated because of domestic violence.

My Visa expired May 2011. I have been saving up for a year now to reapply and finally i have £1000

whats the rules with regards to overstayers? Whats the best route to go down? I have been in the UK since 2000 & have done my life in the UK test.

There isn't enough in what you have said to make a specific call on your options. It's a very complicated situation and you should take appropriate advice from a person who is qualified and has been given a lot more information about your past than you have stated here.
