Tax Credit With DLR + Wife FLRO Pending

I m on DLR
and when i apply Working Tax Credit on that time i was DLR and my wife was subject to immigration control
her FLRO is pending

first 3 month HRMC pay me £51/Week then all of sudden
its reduce to £12.25/month without any notice and they pay me manualy

i called them so many time
customer services same answer your case in under review from last 4 month
can anybody have information what shall i need to do

Have you tried writing to them or did you receive any correspondence from them about it before they stopped paying you

no correspondent
no reply

i wrot them but no reply

they didnot stop payment
they change to manual payment that is £12.25/Month
before it was £51/Week

Was you claiming WTC for youself. Whats your visa status. If there are no restrictions then i cannot see any reason why they have done that.

you need to seek advice from Citizens Advice Bureau or some experienced accountant/lawyer etc
