Dear All,

one of my friend's son is studying in the UK. As she wanted to stay with him during his studies, obtained two 6 months general visitor visas back to back. Now she is going to apply for her third visa. The problem is that in any of her 6 months visa, she stayed 5 months in the UK (much more than what she stated in the application form) and now she stayed more than 6 months in a 12 months (as stated in the guidances). Then, will she be refused due to this problem? Anyone had similar experience?
