Spouse ILR Set M (Need Help)

Post by vertue » Wed Nov 28, 2012 9:37 pm

Hi All,
I wonder if anyone can help me. I’m a British Citizen and my wife is on spouse visa. We have five kids 2 of them are British citizen and the rest of three on limited 27months spouse visa. Their visa expires in end of January 2013. I’m preparing application forms for their ILR, but I’ve the following questions in mind and wonder if some ones help with these which will be highly appreciated.
1.If we apply now for ILR will they get ILR or another Limited leave to remain?
2.I am claiming child tax credit, tax credit & Child Benefits will that effect on their visas?
3.Our older son who is now over 21 who was taking ESOL classes, and didn’t do a job yet (but didn’t claim any benefit) will this affect his visa status.
4.Our older son who is over 21 years old, is he count dependant on his mother? And How much will be the fees for his application?
5.What supported documents do I have to submit?
6.Which ESOL Certificates do they require to submit with applications?
7. how this will be count. 1x spouse, 1x21years old, 1x 17 years old & 1x 14 years old will this count (Main applicant and
three dependants )

If you could reply to all the above questions one x one that will be great.
Looking forward to your help and advice.
Best regards
