From when can some one start count divource

From which date did I need to start count
Divource 3yrs is he when we married
Or when they issued rc because ppl
Say is when they issued the rc is he true

It's 3 years of marriage and at least one year living in the UK. This has nothing to do with the RC.

If u get married with EEa 05.07.09 she start work
09 but she lose the job 18.12.09, she go for jobsicer
Allowance, housing benefit , she did not let her husband
Know with another adress, they writght to husband adress
That they hv stop her wife housing benefit, and they hv to
Take the money back because they notice that she hv start
Work in may that is when the husband now, she. Start pay
They money since then till now I hope is not going to afect
The husband when she want to apply for pr resident in future
But she his working now since that 2010,05 till now with his
Husband adress but they want to devource next yrs
Pls can some let me know if all this things is not goin
To afect if husband want to get pr pls pls
