Rules before 6 April 2010 and Other Eligible category.

Hi All,

According to the UKBA, they say that you must score at least 95 points if you currently have permission to stay in the UK under the rule in place before 6 April 2010; or otherwise 100 points if you are in any other eligible category.

Now my question is this, does the rule in place before 6 April 2010 means from the period/year they started with the Tier 1 General/HSMP till 6 April 2010; or the rule means from 6 April 2010 till the present date (28 Nov 2012).

Please I need better clarifications from the group
