application on long term EU resident

Please some information on my application for EU long term resident.

My nationality is Ghanaian.

I came in to Poland, NOV 11, 2006 and studied and graduated in Poland in July, 2008.

I got married to a polish citizen in Oct, 2008.

I left Poland to Germany to work from NOV 6, 2008 and returned to Poland 30, April, 2009 with a German resident which expires in 5 years.
- as a family member of an EU.

I left Poland again 4 days , 4 -5 JULY , 2009 and finally returned on the 10 of July, 2009

Now i apply for my long term EU resident .

as the law states that i can't be out of Poland for 10 months and not exceeding 6 months etc.

Am i qualified for a EU long term resident ?
- before i left Poland to Germany in November 6, 2008 i had resident permit in Poland which expires 10, January , 2009.
- when i came back to Poland from Germany , i had German resident permit for 5 years.
- i was away in Germany from 06-nov, 2008 to 30,April,2009 & for 4 days , 5 - 9th of July, 2009
- when i finally returned back to on the 10th of JULY - i applied for a resident permit in Poland in August, 2009 , which i had a decision in OCT, 2009.
- from OCT 04, 2008 all my application has been with my polish wife.
- now i apply for EU long term resident.


Please is this a continuous stay or not?
