Applying dependent visa for first time in UK

Hi,

I am Tier 1 general visa holder, and have extension in Jan 2013, recently i got married in India, and my wife traveled to UK after marriage with her existing Uk (PSW) Visa, and valid till march 2013,I have original marriage certificate.

I want to apply Dependent visa for my wife in UK. Does it possess any issues applying in UK? Because all my friends applied dependent visa for there wife in India.

I am planning for same day service for extension. Can i apply dependent visa for my wife along with my extension tier 1 general?

I need Suggestions . Please guide me...

I want to apply Dependent visa for my wife in UK.

It's not allowed to switch to PBS dependant leave inside the UK - even if the PBS migrant is making an extension application at the same time. She can only apply from India. There is no rush to return if her PSW is valid until March; she can leave then.

I just called UKBA, they mentioned dependent visas have to be applied from home country only..
