cording to this news about two weeks back,

147,000 asylum seekers given "effective amnesty" in UK after cases buried by border staff

could any body advice when they are starting to take application from fail asylum seekers or when they can apply?

There is no amnesty i doubt this will ever happen.If you want to claim asylum http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/asylu ... owtoclaim/
