New Rules For Applying Extension of Visa

Last month, immigration rules were changed and came to effect on the first day of October 2012. This rules includes the changes in applying visa extension. Under the points-based system, all working and student routes, visiting routes, long residency routes and discharged HM Forces and UK ancestry routes, there will be new rules will apply.

Visiting or migrating foreigner must apply their visa extension within 28 days of current visa expiring. You have to keep in mind that if you overstayed your visa by more than 28 days the moment you apply, your application for further leave will be refused. The government has to require you to leave the country voluntarily.

Good day to you!.. If I violated one of this forum site rules, I would be happy to abide with it if you can tell me which one have I violated. It would be better maybe for you to help me know something more rather than waiting for me to make spamming. Isn't it rude for you of posting that knowing that anyone views this information? Why, are you protecting your own motive here? I'm so sorry if that articles is kinda out dated to you. But I believed not all have heard about it, so it is not for you at all.It is for those who haven't heard about it yet, just like me. And if it is soooo boooring. I'm so sory, maybe I am not as good as you in pleasing people. I meant no spamming here, I'm just trying to fit myself in by giving infos in which I believe would be of great help to those who are willing to appreciate.
