10 YEARS LONG RESIDENCE taking Solicitor

Post by lutforestry » Fri Nov 30, 2012 10:51 am

Dear All,

could you please let me know is there any advantages taking solicitors when you apply ILR based on 10 years when you don't have any gap between visas and you spent time outside of UK within the limit of law.

I just wondering is home office give extra care if I would apply by solicitor.

Kind regards
L

It's always an advantage if you don't understand the requirements, but you won't be going anywhere with him (you mention taking him with you) as you can't apply for ILR under long residence at the PEO.
