Tier1 general dependant UK visa for a new born in india

Hi,

I'm going to apply Tier 1 general dependant visa for my son(5 months old) from India in 4 days time.

Can anyone please tell me the documents you submitted for your new born to apply visa from India? Did anyone submitted recently?

Please kindly note: My husband is holding Tier1 general and myself holding Tier 1 general dependant.

Your help is much appreciated.
