Need help for tier1(e)

Hi I have some question regarding tier1 ent.

1.I'm on Psw visa it's finishing 15 July 2013.thinking to open a interior design company.can I register my company in January 2013.ordo I need to register later than jan.I wanted to register early becoz I don't want rush after.can I register in jan 2013?

2.if I register as a director in company house when do I need to register with Hm revenue.

3.do need to register as self employee or director of the company.

4.if I show 50k on my account do I need to show the source where it come from.

5.my cousin is a British citizen he want to be my third party can I use him as a third party.

6.is it easy to open business bank account in the Uk..I heard it's take 3 month to open a business account.that's y I'm thinking to open a company as well as open a business account.

Please answer this question I'll be greatfull to u guys
