BRP recieved but Passports and documents have not arrived

Hi everyone.

I sent my passports and documents for a tier 4 student visa extension since september. The biometric permit arrived last Friday 23 Nov. But so far I have not received my passport and other documents yet..

My friend has got her passports back before the BRP, and I understand that this is normally the case. I am very worried now that my passports are lost somewhere. I tried to call UKBA on the 08706067766 number...but nobody ever picks up the phone...

any advice on how or who should I contact to ask the whereabouts of my passports ??? I am so stressful right now cos I want my passports to travel in xmas.

I have literally called 40 times today...No one picks up the phone

Wait patiently till end of next week ..... before panicking about loss of passport(s) and documents.

I guess that's the only choice I have...

It's more of a'frustration caused by undertainties' rather than panic ...
I just need to know whether it's been despatched or not, or it's been delivered to the wrong address , or whether it's been despatched but not yet delivered ..or whatever is the case

We are in d same boat, recd BRP on 12/12/12 but did not recive any documents & passport.
How about you please update did you get ur passport back???
