PEO Booking Process - Please Clarify

I think I already know the answers to my questions but I would really like clarification please regarding the PEO booking process, if anybody can help.

These are my queries:
1. I am still waiting for my new employer to issue me with an unrestricted CoS, my understanding is that I can't book my appointment until have this, correct?
2. During the booking process, do I complete the actual tier 2 application and pay online, or do I pay at the PEO?
3. If I was ready to book my appointment today, realistically what is the earliest appointment I could get for Croydon office? ie. what is the approx. waiting time at present?

1. You can "book" the appointment but you must have the CoS on the day of appointment. Else, you will be tol to apply by post.
2. Booking an appointment and applying online are two different processes.
3. When you start searching through the online appointment booking system you will know.
