Family members of a person who married to EU national

Hello everyone,

A friend of mine is married to an EU national. He is from the Republic of Georgia (not the state in the USA). I understand he is now on a spouse visa. He intends to invite his parents to London but has no idea how to do it.

Does anyone know what application form they will have to use to come to the UK as visitors and what else they will have to provide to the British Embassy in Georgia.
