Hello all,
Really appreciate if anyone can give their thoughts. Fed up of waiting on the phone to ask the UKBA.
Soon my wife will apply for FLR(M), as an extension of her present spouse visa.
1) I can't see anywhere in the form or guidance document that asks for proof of UK address. Can this surely be correct? If we need proof, then we will have to wait a little longer than planned for something to come through the door.
2) About the "straight-forward"ness of a same-day service - My wife's present spouse visa was initially refused primarily because of immigration history, which was dealt with in her favour at the AIT.
Any ideas on whether we can now disregard that poor history and attempt a same day service for the FLR?
Thanks in advance.
