Hi,
I am on Tier 2 General (Skilled Worker) visa. I wish to do supplementary job in a same field. But there is one barrier. I have offered a job but I have to declare tax and NI as self employed contractor.

Is it possible to do such job? Or it comes under business category. I have already read tier 2 guideline but I am unable to take decision base on it.

You cannot be self-employed under Tier 2.
