is leagal representative compulsory in 200k category

Hi all
I am going to apply with only following docs from 3rd party (investor)
1- Declaration signed by 3rd party and both applicants (Notarized)
2- Bank letter from bank manager according to ukba template
3- ID Card copy and english translation of 3rd party.

do I need to add leagal representative letter as well?
