Tier-2 ICT Document Check List

Hi All,

Basis the information, I got from UKBA Website, I could make the following check list for the main applicant an depedant applicant(applying together) for the Tier-2 ICT Visa from India.

Could somebody please tell me if the same is enough? Since it doesnt ask for Graduation Certficates of Main Applicant and Dependant, Income Tax Returns Documents of Both, and whether the dependant is working or not?

I am confused and hence seek help.


Main Applicant-
Cos,
Passports, (All)
Bank statement of 12 months as specified,
Payslips of 12 Months as specified,
TB Test Certicates,
Filled in Forms of VISA application,
plus any other declaration if needed.
Maintenance letter for me and wife, though mentioned in Cos, just as a an additonal back up since its already certified in Cos.
PBSR Points Summary from the UKBA Website

Dependant- Marriage Certificate,
Passports (All)
TB Test Certficate and
Filled in VISA Forms.

The documents which were mentioned are good enough.
One of my friend who had gone alone with family had got thru at the same time.

Hi sha23,

I was looking on UKBA for the documents that I need to carry for PEO for my Tier 2 ICT extension, but I could not find them anywhere. Can you pls share me the UKBA link that gives the information on list of documents to be carried along with me.

Any help from you would be great.
