Indian Passport Surrender Application - Postal

Hi,
I am planning to send passport surrender application via post.
I have following queries
1. Can I send all passports i.e. for my family in one envelope?
2. I want to pay fees via credit card but can;t see where I need to pay, nothing specified in application form.
3. I am assuming fees is same i.e. 117 GBP for adult and child. Is it correct?
4. I am not sure whether I need to submit 4 return envelope or 1 to return passport.

IN CASE OF POSTAL APPLICATIONS ONLY Postal Order or Bank Draft payable to “VF Services UK Ltd” ARE THE CHOICES.

YOU NEED TO SUBMIT 4 RETURN ENVELOPES SEPERATLY AS I HAVE DONE THE SAME.

THEY INCLUDED THIS INFORMATION CLEARLY IN THEIR WEBSITE

Maximum one processed passport will be returned in one envelope. For example, for a family of three, please include three SDEs.
