ICT Immigration rule about cooling period

HI All,

Can anyone help me out .I am really confused.

I am having tier2 (ICT) UK visa issued on Feb 2012 by my employer and expiring on Feb 2013 .Will cooling period of 12 months apply in my case?

Or any way to extend my visa like through the same company or any other sponsor company?

Please reply me ASAP.

even I got a job from other company as well so can they are able to sponsor me?

Which of the 4 sub-categories of ICT was your visa issued in?

You may also want to look at paragraph 245GB of the Immigration Rules for details of which ICT applicants are affected.[/url]
