90 day period in last 1 year - Work/Holiday/Medical ?

Post by skt1977 » Sat Dec 01, 2012 12:16 pm

Can someone please help me understand the 90 day requirement during the past 1 year ?

Is it continuous or total ? ie. What if I was away twice, once for 30 days and then again for 85 days ? Do I violate the requirement ?

Physical presence in the UK, Is it to do with truly physical presence ?

What if my company asked me to travel and I was a taxpayer in UK.

What, if I had to travel for medical treatment ? My wife was away in India for around 30 days in March-Apr but was not on leave and was on company deputation, and then she was away for around 85 days again in Jul-Sep, she was in India due to ill health. When earliest can She apply ?

If we apply as a family together, does one party get some benefit of consideration ?

regards

Total. Yes.

what other meaning do you mean?

doesn't matter. Every absence counts.

in April.

No. Each applicant is tested separately.
