MN1 Application - Lost Entry Passport

Hi,

For the MN1 application for my son, I have lost the South African passport that he entered the UK in Jan 2006.

I do have his current passport (since 2008) with the ILR stamp.

Would UKBA have a problem with this, as it is a required document ?

As an update: Went to NCS who then checked with HomeOffice who confirmed this was ok as current passport was valid for the last 2 years and had ILR stamp.
