Hi

I am asking this question behalf on close Relative.

MR ABC Entered in UK on Student visa on 27/06/2005. then converted to psw and now on Tier 1 Entrepreneur. He would be applying on 01/07/2015.

He was out of UK from 31/07/2010 to 23/05/2011. During this time he was on company payroll. it was unpaid leave. Does this absence can effect on his ILR Application.

He was out of country due to death of his mother and he has resolve some issues.

Please advise. Thanks
