Hi,
I have graduated an undergraduate course in the UK in June, 2012....I have just recently applied for a tier 4 general student visa for my postgraduate.
In one of the section in Appendix 8, question 5.6, i have cross the answer as "Academic qualification equivalent to UK degree, taught in majority English speaking country" since I have a UK Degree so i proceeded to question 5.8 (As guided). In question 5.8, i have mentioned my UK bachelor degree as my english language ability and that have been mentioned on CAS letter. so i proceed to question 5.9. I have submitted the original certificate however, it does not guide to go to certain question. even though if i didnt supply the document i can go to question 5.14. so i logically proceeded to question 5.10 (english language test) thinking that i have to go there. I wrote all the information regarding my UK bachelor degree in the question 5.10 and cross that i have supplied the original test certificate.
Was I correct to write the information regarding my UK bachelor degree there? or will i be refuse because UK bachelor degree in not an acceptable English Language Test? or will the UKBA ignore the fact that I already have a UK Bachelor Degree, therefore, that question does not apply to him. Even though I have a UK Bachelor Degree and that will proof my english language ability and question 5.10 does not apply to me. I am very worried about this so please let me know what everyone thinks!!!!
