Appeal questions - Any help please?

Post by Immi121 » Sun Dec 02, 2012 9:58 pm

Hello,

I would appreciate any help with the following questions:

1. If the sponsor is also acting as the representative, I assume the sponsor completes both the Representative section and the Sponsor section on the IAFT-2 form?

Yes

2. Should the appeal bundle be numbered i.e., have a contents page and have sections, for example, IAFT-2 form in one section, Refusal Notice, Evidence etc.?

No

3. Do multiple copies of the appeal bundle have to be sent i.e., one for home office and one for the AIT?

No

4. Where in the UK is the oral hearing held? Can anyone attend an oral hearing i.e., the general public?

Nearest court to where you live.
Yes

5. How long does the whole appeal process take, realistically?

6 months

Wishing all the best of luck.

Thanks,
Immy

You do need to send a copy of your bundle to the ukba as well as the tribunal.
