Dependent Wife - ILR - Continuous Period of Stay

I came to UK in Jan 2008 on Work Permit for 2 yrs. The next extension in Jan 2010 was T2 ICT. I am applying for ILR in Jan 2013.

My stay in UK is continuous. In last about 5 yrs, I have been outside UK, only for 80 days. My query is about my dependent wife. She has been on and off to India.

In 2011, she was out of UK for 172 Days. ( Most trips to India, and some to Europe ).

In 2012, she is out of UK for 58 Days so far.

Can I apply for her ILR in Jan 2013 along with me ?
