I cann't find Booking Reference No./Ticket Reference

Hello

I am currently on Tier 4 visa and switching to Tier 1 Entrepreneur this week.

In Tier 1 Entrepreneur Dependent form, there are travel details when my wife first entered into UK.

She came in 2007. I remember the date and flight number but there is question to provide Booking Reference No. or Ticket reference, which i don't have it.

I have tried to get it from Airline office and travel agent, but they both don't have 5 years old records.

Any idea how to answer this question ?
