Tier 2 Visa (Sponsorship) - Changing job

Hi ,
My PSW visa is expiring this month in about 20 days.
My current company already got their Sponsorship license, and I will soon switch to a Tier 2 Visa from a PSW.

But I'm also receiving offers from other companies who also have the license.

How long am I forced to stay with the first sponsor before switching to another sponsor?
Can I switch 1 month after I get the visa?


Please help.

There is no minimum time you have to stay with a sponsor before switching.
