I have Resident permit visa for EEA family member, I have been in this visa for one year only, in total I been in UK for 5 years ( student visa )

We both professional, working and paying tax.

To apply naturalisation, you need to hold ILR/PR. Under the EEA regulations, PR is obtained after 5 years under the regulations.

When did you get married? Time under EEA regulations would start from when you lived in the UK as married (assuming your wife was exercising treaty rights). The dates on the Residence Card are irrelevant.
