not absolutely necessary. If the Head Office sponsors you, employs you, pays your salary, fulfils its sponsor duties to UKBA, etc. then your place of work can be at the branch without the branch having a sponsor licence. In the CoS the "main work address in the UK" should then be given as the branch address. Also, if later on they want you to work at the other branch, they just have to inform UKBA of the change of your work address.ddfmsh wrote:yes. The company has a Head office in UK.
