ILR Eligibility

Hi, I need your opinion about the eligibility for UK settlement.

My stay in UK is as below

I was out of the UK for more than 177 days after my first year stay and 87 & 80 days in the following years. During this period I was on Tier 2 Visa.
I'm planning to get a letter from employer stating the reason for being absent in UK is due to business reasons.

Kindly suggest me if I'll be eligible for PR now
