source of Maintenace for Enterprenure Visa (PSW route)

Post by khan_81 » Tue Dec 04, 2012 6:09 pm

Hi All,
I have a query as I am applying soon for Enterprenure Visa,
I am applying as a Team, my question is we are registering a business company, do we need a business account? and our 50000 funding is in UK, does that amount need to be in one account or it can be shared in each other account (25000 + 25000) will there be an issue in doing that?

I am starting the process with my team now and hoping to apply at the ebd of January or first week of February, so any help will be appreciated.

Hi Khan,

You can register a business but make sure by the time you apply or submit your visa application your company is under 3 months period.

yes you need a business bank account, its very easy to open a business bank account, once you have registered company you can do that. but your £50,000 need to be in personal or joint account with your team member (Preferably joint account as it will show you both have same access to the funds)

£50,000 funds can be split in different bank 25+25 in 2 different account but you need to provide the statements and probably a declaration from the solicitor.

Hope it help but this is my understanding wait for seniors advice and also go through the policy guidance.

regards

Rehan
