UK Citizen living in RI and Working in NI

Post by Jophy » Tue Dec 04, 2012 7:47 pm

Hi,

I am a UK Citizen and my wife is from non EEA member country. I am currently living & working in Belfast.

Can I move to a place in Republic of Ireland and travel every day to Belfast.

Can I show that I am employed in Belfast for "NON EEA Family Member of EU Citizen" visa for Ireland Embassy.

You may qualify as a frontier worker. But a family member of frontier worker can only benefit from the right of resident in the Country in which the national resides.
