Tier 4 to Tier 2

Hi everyone,
I have completed my Foundation degree in hospitality management in September 2012 and now i am in final year of BA(tons) hospitality management and i have applied for student visa for the final year in university and the course will finish in June 2013. I work for hotel and they are ready to offer me work permit, i would like to know if i can switch from student visa to work permit now, while completing my course or do i need to finish my final year of degree to switch from Tier 4 to Tier 2?

Many thanks for your reply, i have red the policy guidance, i am still confused wheather i can currently switch my visa category or not or if there is any other alternative?

the guidance i s clear, only you can decide if you are eligible based on the rules
