I want to bring my partner to UK from Malaysia advice please

I have my indefinite leave to remain but I been in Malaysia for nearly 1.5 years and plan to return to the UK for good with my partner.

Can I bring her to the UK and convert to a living partner visa? Please let me know what I need to demonstrate to ensure that her visa is approved and can live with me in England. I am a Malaysian citizen

Also which is the easiest way? do it in the UK or in Malaysia and how long is the waiting time to get the visa?
