parents visa joint sponsorhsip

hi,

me and my brother are trying to gather documents for parents' settlement application for uk. we both are in a position to sponsor them but are not sure how to assemble our application. do we submit two undertakings since we both want to give weight to the application by saying that we both are responsible for them un every way etc? i couldn't find any info on ukba site about number of sponsors etc.
