What will happen if I get caught by IR35 working with Entrepreneur visa?

The same rules apply as for a UK national: if you are caught by IR35, you need to pay 'employed levels' of National Insurance. You can just pay yourself 95% of the contract income via PAYE.

IR35 does not disbar you from meeting thye T1(E) conditions. BUT, if you work in this way, how will you create 2 other jobs, and how will you deploy £200k of capital in the business (it can't just be left in the business bank account)
