Hi everybody.

Hope somebody out there can help me.
I am about to apply for British citizenship.I have a son living here with me.Do we apply together or do I need to get mine first and then apply for his? Can not find the information anywhere.Please help.

Presumably your son is still a minor .... under 18?

Up to you what you do. Your son's form MN1 can be submitted at the same time as your form AN, or you can wait and submit his MN1 after you have got your citizenship.

If your child is at least 13, has he been living in the UK for at least 2 years?

Also if the child was born abroad, does the other parent hold ILR/PR? Does the child hold ILR/PR?

Thank you. Yes he is only 12 and has been living here for 8 years.His father does not live with us. Appreciate your help as could not find out the info anywhere.
