RLMT for a job already employed

Hi,

I came to UK with Tier 2 ICT 1 yr ago. 3months before I have been converted to UK permanent role in the same company.
Am now, looking for an option to get Tier 2 General.
I think, RLMT needs to be done for my role before I apply for Tier 2 general.

But am already employed for my role. Is there a way to show that he/she is already employed in this role? or what is the process to show RLMT datas for this case? Please can anybody help me on this?
