I sent in my application for my indefinite leave to remain ~FLR(M)~ on the 24th of June 2012, before the new forms came out. Three months into the process, I received a letter stating that a new form had been released (version 07/2009) and that I had to send the new version in. So I sent the new one at the end of October.
As I have already been waiting for the application since the end of June, and as the UKBA released a new form in July, does this mean that I need to wait an extra 6 months from the date of the 2nd application, even though I have already been waiting since June.
As well, it is to be noted, that they did not ask for any further documents when they asked me to fill out the new form, so I take it they're satisfied with my initially sent assisting documents.
