What does UKBA take us for

Please guys what is the current Version of SET (O) application form?

I used the current version which was Set (O) version 07/2012 and i just received a letter from UKBA that is the old version which am surprised.

I made my application in Early August 2012 there am 120% sure that was the current form.

Guys Need your help please

You are not the first person to have had this problem. I assume ukba have sent your application back to you. Have a look at the form- does it have version 04/12 at the top of the page but version 07/12 at the bottom {or vice versa)?
