What happens if an illegal person is leaving the country,without being arrested at the airport? Is he/she being questioned,passport being inked,Red Marks etc?Assume they already have your fingerprints and you are leaving with your own money..Is it easy to enter Uk after the 1 year? Thanks

Does this person already have removal notices? There may be some paperwork issued and and new set of fingerprints, but apart from that, they will be free to leave.

Well to my knowledge no removal letter was issued. I did letter redirection cos i changed my address,but smtimes i extended it a bit late,and maybe or maybe not they didnt send the removal letter..How many times do they send the letter? Well after the 1 year is entering the uk easy or they ask a lot of questions?? I never had any criminal records there,no shoplifting,no robbery..paid my taxes etc...Can u help ? Thank u.
